Brushstrokes Promotes Cancer Awareness
Chhabi Sewa Foundation (CSF), in collaboration with MICWS, successfully organized a Mega Poster Making Competition on Cancer Awareness at Shimulpur, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The event was led by Mr. Rathin Ray, Chief Executive Committee Member of Chhabi Sewa Foundation and Head, West Bengal Unit, whose leadership and commitment played a pivotal role in the successful conduct of the programme. The competition was organized to promote awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and healthy lifestyle practices among young learners and the wider community.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who creatively expressed their understanding of cancer awareness through impactful posters and slogans. The artworks highlighted important themes such as early diagnosis, preventive healthcare, tobacco cessation, and support for cancer patients. Through their artistic talent, participants effectively communicated the message that awareness and timely action can significantly reduce the impact of cancer on individuals and families.

Addressing the participants, Mr. Rathin Ray emphasized the importance of engaging youth in health awareness initiatives and encouraged them to become ambassadors of positive change within their communities. The programme concluded with the appreciation of participants and the distribution of certificates.
